[TRANS] 100910 '3.1 Tons' Of Rice Donated To Celebrate U-Know Yunho's First Musical Performance

3.1 tons of 'rice wreaths' from fans were sent to the Yongsan Dragon Theater to celebrate TVXQ's U-Know Yunho's first performance in the musical 'Goong'.

A representative of SM Entertainment stated, "The rice wreaths were sent from fan sites and fanclubs of Korea, Japan and China and will be used for a good cause," and "We were very surprised to see that the total amount added up to 3.1 tons."

Rice wreaths that help the needy have recently replaced normal wreaths in the entertainment industry. Especially, international projects for idol stars and hallyu stars are becoming regular sights. However, U-Know Yunho is the first to collect 3.1 tons at once.

[TRANS] Japanese fans have donated almost 320 thousand yen in Yunho's name

On 12th of July 2010, "Be with Yunho" have donated 150 thousand yen to NPO International Vaccine Institute.
'Almost 4000 people can survive daily, if there is adequacy of vaccines.
We want to help our precious children who are a nation's future.
Yunho likes kids too. So we have given our loves under such feelings.'

On 14th of July, "Be with Yunho" have donated a total of 176,468 yen to a Japanese charity organization.
'Before this, we already donated to Haiti's earthquake victims through this organization.
Yunho's charity act was published on 15th of July in a Tokyo's newspaper, we want to spread our loves to Yunho to people who need our help.'

[TRANS] 100625 Hero Jaejoong and SarangJoong Fanclub Donated Operation Fees To Young Girl with Leukemia

Hero Jaejoong and SarangJoong Fanclub have become affiliates with Korea’s Heart Disease Foundation to bring other countries in Asia like Japan, China, etc to support the foundation.

One of the activities Jaejoong had outside Korea was to help those who had difficulties but keep on fighting for their own dreams. Fan-made DVDs, T-shirts etc were sold; a total of 6,000,000 Won was earned which was donated to Korea’s Heart Disease Foundation. They gave this money to Park * Ki (14-year-old), assisting her in a bone marrow transplant.

This year, 19th May, Park * Ki received her younger brother’s bone marrow and currently recovering. On the 3rd of June, SarangJoong’s staff visited Park * Ki. The patient was recovering in the sterilized ward, thus they were not allowed to converse directly with her. However, Park * Ki conveyed her thanks through the hospital’s glass window and the staff also wished her an early recovery.

SarangJoong’s staff will continue to unite all the love from its members, and do charitable work. Just like how Hero Jaejoong’s music and acting skills gave them the biggest inspirations and joys, Hero Jaejoong and SarangJoong’s staff both said that they wanted to share the love with those who are facing difficulties.

[TRANS] 100617 Jaejoong Fans Donate Surgery Fees For A Young Girl

Youngwoong Jaejoong & SarangJoong fanclub has donated money towards surgery fee's for a girl with Leukemia.

Youngwoong Jaejoong & SarangJoong is a member of Korea's Heart Disease Foundation because they want to go further than Korea to bring support to places in Asia like Japan and China.

Helping people who still dream when they are trapped, this is part of a project to support Jaejoong having activities outside of Korea. Selling fan-made DVD's, t-shirts and such, this fanclub project has brought in a total of 6,000,000 Won, and donated it to Korea's Heart Disease Foundation. The Foundation will fund this money to Park*Ki (14 years old), to assist her with her operation.

Park*Ki has received her younger brother's bone marrow in a operation on the 19th of May, and is now in the process of healing. On the 3rd of June, SarangJoong's management went to visit Park*Ki when she was healing in an isolation ward to send her presents. Because it was an isolation ward, they couldn't talk directly to her, and Park*Ki conveyed her thanks through the glass window. The management too hopes for her full recovery.

SarangJoong will gather all the members love, and work hard to continue to donate to charities. As like Youngwoong Jaejoong's songs and techniques give them their biggest comfort and joy, Youngwoong Jaejoong & SarangJoong's members want to share the love with people in need.

[INFO] 100409 "Thai TVXQ!’s Fans" Donating Half Hundred-Thousand for Haiti

Thai TVXQ!’s fans gathered together in website pantip.com donated about 50,000 Baht (about 1,538,000 Korean Won) to relief the Haitian earthquake victims.


Although the lawsuit between TVXQ!’s members and their agency has not dissolved yet, TVXQ!’s fan club in Thailand still continues their activities to support 5 members of TVXQ! with uttermost effort. This charity activity in the name of “TVXQ!” began with fans gathering at website pantip.com/chalermkrung in the TVXQ!’s lawsuit news threads, aiming to update the news about this lawsuit and share various opinions about TVXQ! situation and the fans also held 2 fan-meetings. This donation included the surplus from the entrance fee of both meetings, 18,750 Baht and 9,975 Baht respectively. After open for more donation since mid-January until the 30th of March 2010, another 15,775 Baht was donated. At the end of March 44,500 Baht was collected altogether.


On the 2nd of April, the representative of Thai TVXQ!’s fans donated this amount of money in the name of "Jung Yunho, Kim Jaejung, Park Yuchun, Kim Junsu and Shim Changmin with Thai Fans" to the program “Thailand's donation to Haiti through the Thai Red Cross Society”, received by Narumol Chaimongkol, assistant director of the Red Cross Society finance department.


Ms Busarawan Chaidaisuk, the representative of the fans for this donation stated that fans are very pleased and proud to do this charity activity. Initially, the fan meetings were held in order to encourage each other spirits and show their continuous support for TVXQ!. In the meantime, the news of the Haitian suffered from major earthquake was arrived. Therefore, the Thai Cassiopeia decided to donate through the Thai Red Cross Society, which meant not only can help relief the victims but also bring a kind reputation to TVXQ!.


In addition, Ms. Narumol Chaimongkol was grateful for TVXQ!'s fan club. She thanked the fans who made such good activities like this donation which also help other people. As the representative of the Thai Red Cross Society, she wished all good luck and success to the donors.
