[TRANS] Cassiopeia: We Will Wait

There's been a lot of negativity around here lately, so I've translated this to remind some of you what it means to be part of Cassiopeia. Please stop fighting.

911 is over, SMTown is over. Listening to the screams of desperation on the audio stream had so many of us crying rivers. This explosion of emotion is the result of a year's worth of waiting...

Yes, because they're TVXQ, they are our TVXQ, whether it be 2 or 3, we'll accept them all the same. As long as you're good and well, as long as you're able to stand on that stage, even if there's only one of you, we'll love you all the same, because it is Jung Yunho, Shim Changmin, Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun and Kim Junsu that we love, but above all, it's TVXQ.

Watching rookies appear one after another in Korea, watching their popularity rise and yours drop has made no difference to us. We cannot and will not forget. Seeing other artists perform on stage may give us a moment of satisfaction, but then we see the five of you, and you never fail to leave us in awe with your talent. The reason you're so well loved across Asia is because you're worth it. This is why your fan cafe numbers are still sky high at 780,000. Because we're willing to love you for the rest our lives~~~

We will never give up until we see that you've found your happiness, and when the day comes, we'll bury you deep down in our hearts~~~

I know there is a lot that Cassiopeia is afraid of talking about, we're afraid of watching videos, afraid of seeing photos or even reading news. We find solace in other artists. I've been through that too, I was afraid of the internet, but I was never able to forget, ever. It was a period of constant heartache…

Even if you cannot let go, try and accept them the way they are. Regardless of the current situation, the men that we love have remained. Their smiles and laughter may be a little empty, a little forced, but they've also become that much stronger, and so we should wait. We must wait for their return, and when they do, we'll give them and give ourselves the most beautiful red ocean and cherish the world that belongs to us alone. Until then, we must wait, even if loving them means not being able to let go, eventually we'll get used to the pain and learn to love that too~~~

We look forward to seeing another red ocean on October 23rd, one for the other three at the exact same place, Hongkou~~. We'll scream Dong Bang Shin Ki with everything we've got and we'll wait.

Because we were separated to be reunited and we will continue to believe.

[TRANS] 100813 Typical Cassiopeia Traits

1. Characteristics

1. Female, usually born in the 80s (after '86), single.
2. Little to no previous dating experience prior to 'meeting' the 5 members of TVXQ. After meeting TVXQ, dates = 0.
3. You compare everyone you meet with the boys and nobody seems to meet your standards besides the 5 of them.
4. You refuse to imagine what life would be like for them after they're married and you feel an immediate dislike towards any female that appears beside them.

2. Process

Main Reasions:
1. Love at first sight: Drawn to the boys because of their appearances, bodies and voices. Reaction to seeing each of the members:

* Park Yoochun - Ah… look at his warm gaze
* Kim Junsu - Omo! Look at that adorable smile!
* Jung Yunho - Oh he's so manly!
* Shim Changmin - Look at that chiseled jaw…
* Kim Jaejoong - His eyes are huge… he's so pale and his waist is tiny! (And then you look at yourself and you're overcome with shame)

2. After getting to know them through watching variety shows in such, you fall in love with their personalities, whether it be Yoochun's kindness, Junsu's cuteness, Yunho's cool, Changmin's maturity or Jaejoong's cold appearance and warm personality

3. After learning more and more about the boys, about the stories behind each of them, you are deeply touched and moved by their talent:

* You're deeply moved by his (Junsu) beautiful voice and touched that he never gave up on his dream even whilst his voice changed
* You cry when you hear about Yoochun's family and you admire his skill in playing the piano
* You're awestruck at his (Jaejoong) ability to cook and chilled to the bone by his husky voice
* You're impressed by genius boy's (Changmin) quick wit, his ridiculously powerful voice and the way he managed to score full marks in his maths test despite having to practice for performances
* You're unable to tear your eyes off Yunho as he's dancing and rapping

4. You read anything and everything you see related to the boys, you completely lose control whenever you see photos of your bias and you incessantly collect them because you just can't get enough. Without realizing it, you begin to compare all creatures with XY chromosomes (males) to your bias.

5. You're greatly inspired by the boys' determination and dedication and you try as hard as you can to do the same. You want to do well in school and to get one degree after another.

6. When you finally reach the age to start dating, you realize that most people are too afraid to ask you out because they know that you have outrageously high standards.

[TRANS] 100731 To all of Cassioepia: It's been a year...

Today is a day that no Cassiopeia would ever forget. It's been a year, and it's gone by in a blink of an eye, hasn't it?

We've waited an entire year, and in truth, it is undeniable that this period has really shown to us all how much we genuinely love our boys.

Throughout this time, we've had our doubts, our worries and even conflicts amongst ourselves, but all that is behind us now, we've made the decision to stay, and to keep waiting. Cassiopeia is a force to be reckoned with, seeing our enthusiasm, it's almost as though nothing ever happened. Every now and then, we may speak of our boys, about how much we miss them, but it's only because we want to see the five of them together again. We motivate one another, we encourage those around us to stay positive, and we vow to wait together; I'm proud of what we've achieved, of this entire fandom.

Many of us have shed tears, and yet we continue down this path because we believe. The boys have our unconditional and wholehearted faith and patience.

Some say they are charmed by our boys' looks, some by our boys' music, and some by our boys' love and emotion. Me? I'm a fan of these fans.

Others may not ever be able to comprehend this kind of unconditional love that we fans have to offer, yet we sacrifice it anyway, to a point where we could almost be deemed reckless and foolish. Even if we may never see those that we love, we love them anyway, regardless of other people's words, perception and lack of understanding.

It is magical, the way the emotions of others are able to affect our own.

Some say that to be a fan of an idol group is to inflict pain upon oneself. Groups inevitably separate, leaving fans with no choice but to focus their support on one particular member. On the other hand, we are Cassiopeia, and each and every one of us knows that we will continue to support DBSK as a whole regardless of the outcome of this difficult situation, wouldn't you agree?

And after writing all this nonsense, my one hope is that all of you will continue to wait, to support and to protect our boys.

Those of you that have twitter, please tweet #imissdbsk, thanks!

[TRANS] Cassiopeia Dad PART 2

This is all I had time to translate, I'll have the last part posted as soon as possible.

Part 1 Continued

Dad: Do you love me more or DBSK more?
Me: Both!
Dad: Which one do you love more?
Me: Dad!
Dad: Then you don't want your men?
Me: I want them!
Dad: You can't have it both ways...
Me: It's okay, I'll just teach my dad how to kidnap them!

Form a line here if you'd like him to be your godfather~

My Mom & Changmin
One day my mom saw me looking at a photo of Minnie, she said "Take him home and make him work, if he doesn't cooperate, we'll beat him up 30 times a day!'

Part 2
Dong Bang Shin Ki's 'Sanskrit'
My dad went to the world expo last month:
Dad: When I was on the train, I met a group of Cassies. I told them I'm an old Cassie but they didn't believe me!
Me: What did you do then?
Dad: I sang them a DBSK song
Me: What song?
Dad: I sang 'Sanskrit'. As soon as I started, all those girls went nuts, but they finally believed me…
Me: San..Sanskrit? Please, the song's called 'Mirotic'… (I wrote down the two words and showed my dad)
(The chinese name for Mirotic and 'Sanskrit' sound very similar in Chinese)
Dad: It's almost the same thing….
Me:…. =="

So if any of you fans out there met a middle aged man claiming to be an old Cassie and who played you 'Sanskrit', well then, that's my dad, the godfather you guys thought to be perfect.

---

Being perverted is hereditary…
Dad: *Staring at a photo of DBSK, deep in thought whilst pointing at Yunho* Leader-sshi is the type of man who will look more and more handsome as he ages.
Me: Yeah *nod*
Dad: *Points at Jaejoong* Him… he won't age…
Me: Yeah yeah yeah *nods furiously*
Dad: *Points at Yoochun* Ahh…
Me: What?
Dad: I feel like I'm looking at a younger version of myself!
Me: …….
Dad: Perhaps when he gets older, he'll look like me….
Me: Yayayayayaya *continues nodding furiously*
Dad: Back in those days, I was so charismatic, so many girls were after me…
Me: Aren't they still?
Dad: Who did you hear that from?
Me: You?

---

Me: Dad, we're doing a flashmob, I just learned the dance, let me show you
Dad: DBSK?
Me: Yeah, Mirotic and Balloons
Dad: Okay, show me.
After I showed him the dances…
Dad: Have you shown your men?
Me: Not yet…
Dad: Whatever you do, don't show Jung Yunho!
Me: Why? *Annoyed*
Dad: If he sees, he'll cry… (Basically he's saying her dancing sucked)
Me: =="

---

Me: Dad! There's blood in my urine!
Dad: What? Are you sure it's not just your period?
Me: Of course it isn't…
Dad: Then what is it?
Me: Maybe it's because I held it in for too long…
Dad:…
At the hospital…
Doctor: I'll give you some medicine, your kidney's not in very good condition…
Me: Ah, it's all because of Kim Jaejoong!
Doctor: Excuse me?
Dad: Just ignore her, what medicine did you say you were going to give her?

[TRANS] Cassiopeia Dad PART 1

Again, this is from a Chinese fan. I only translated parts of it, let me know if you guys want more.

My father is normally a very strict and conservative person, however this is not the case where DBSK is involved...
If male fans are regarded as national treasures, well then my father must be a rainbow panda...
Do you not believe me? How many of you have discussed matters regarding the lawsuit with your fathers?
My story will be split into several sections, some more touching than others and some more likely to leave you speechless...

Shanghai PART 1
On the 2nd of October, I was outside the venue of the concert buying merchandise when I suddenly heard music coming from within the stadium.
At that moment, I realized that DBSK were rehearsing inside. At the door, some girls started to scream.
My father went to take a look but ended up screaming along with them...
Finally the girls quietened down and turned to stare...

Shanghai PART 2
We were waiting to get into the stadium and having arrived early, I was closer to the front of the line. All around me, people yelled 'Open the door! Open the door!'
Finally, we saw someone at the door waiting to check our tickets.
I told my dad to come over, but instead he rushed to the front of the line.
Watching him cut to the front made me feel bad, and just as I was about to move to the front, he pulled at my collar and said "Come on! Let's go in together!' and so we got in...
Some of the fans looked a little mad and were going to yell at us but got uncomfortable at the sight of an old male Cassiopeia…

Shanghai PART 3
And so we managed to get in…
Dad: 'I thought it was only you, looks like everyone else is the same'
Me: "The same?'
Dad: 'Look' *points up*
Me: …
I looked up and saw a huge poster with a group picture of DBSK

---

RANDOM
Me: "Jaejoong's so hot'
Dad: "Some day you should tie him up, bring him home and keep him in a cage'
Me: '…'
Dad: 'Tell your friends to come look, 500 per viewing'
Me: 'So that's what you're after…'
Dad: '1000 if they want to hold hands'
Me: '…'
Dad: '5000 if they want a kiss'
Me: '!!!!'
Dad: 'And if they want to stay over night...'
Me: 'WHAT?!'
Dad: HAHAHHA'

---

Kidnapping DBSK
My dad and I have discussed what we'll do once we manage to kidnap them...
Jaejoong - Cooking (obviously)
Yunho - Laundry
Yoochun - Sweeping the floor
Changmin - eh.. well.. He can do my homework (You're a genius minnie, help me with my summer holiday work)
Junsu -… (You don't have to do anything, go and watch TV… no matter what you do, we'll just have to clean up after you)

You guys can borrow the five of them for your household chores too, just speak to my dad about the fees and such

P.S. Flirting with the five of them during their working hours is prohibited. Offenders will be charged an additional fee.

[TRANS] 100522 Cassiopeia, SM and DBSK’s Trio’s “Plea for Reconciliation Signature Campaign”

The “Plea for Reconciliation Signature Campaign” among Cassiopeia, DBSK’s Micky Yoochun, Xiah Junsu, Youngwoong JaeJoong and SM Entertainment (otherwise known as SM) has officially begun.

A DBSK fan from Japan spoke on the afternoon on the 21st on minitoday star news, expressing that, “For the DBSK whom we have cared about and supported so much, the online signature campaign asking for a negotiation of settlement between DBSK’s trio and SM has begun.”

The association also mentioned, “With an 80,000 strong fan club membership, and such a large-scale fan daum, when faced with the crisis of a sudden dissolution of DBSK, nothing brings more anguish to the fans than this issue. We hope the three members and SM will be able to settle their differences and have a successful negotiation, so that DBSK’s activities can resume.”

There are the Korean, Japanese, Chinese and English versions on the website of the signature campaign. This campaign is not just limited to local fans in Korea, but international DBSK fans are also allowed to participate!

This campaign was started based on the unconditional trust placed upon the numerous fans of DBSK, along with a minority of fans who may have a different thinking and opinion.

The purpose of initiating this campaign is not to ask for a termination of the contract of the three members, but to get them and SM to coordinate for a more sensible solution.

In addition, based on the first public trial between the three members and SM company held on the 7th, if both sides still remains unchanged in their stand, the differences between them will still not be resolved.

DBSK’s three members had submitted an application of deposition to the Seoul Central District Court on 31st July 2009 regarding the termination of the exclusive contract with SM.

Furtheremore, the following part of the decision cited the Department on 27th October 2009 that “SM is not allowed to stop DBSK’s activities unilaterally. SM’s objection regarding the solo activities of DBSK was also rejected.”

T/N: The website for the online campaign was not included in this article.

[TRANS] 091223 Cassiopeia Got Angry Towards Tonight Korea SBS ‘News Track’

“They are not Hallyu stars!”

The term ‘Hallyu stars’ refers to celebrities who are already popular in Korea, yet they go to other countries (including Japan) and hold a short-term event in the destination country to get more income and fans.

And they (TVXQ) are not Hallyu stars!
They are local stars! (T/N: from word ‘localization’)

What does mean by local star is… the artists must go along with Japanese method/system, make debut as rookies in J-POP and do entertainment activities according to system that is ruled for rookie in the local industry. Regardless the treatment they have for their star status in their home country, these artists have to work hard and make all great efforts as rookie.

The term ‘Hallyu stars’ have also been recognized in Japanese entertainment industry, therefore for a program from such big TV channel, the program officials should have been more careful and look for more understanding on the differences between localization and Hallyu.

These protests and opinions from Cassiopeia were revealed through a preliminary survey before the broadcast, however since the broadcast time is approaching thus program officials couldn’t modify the program’s content in sudden, SBS offered to write apology sentences for having mistaken in describing TVXQ as Hallyu stars on their homepage and will also display news ticker about the protest directly during the broadcasts.

SBS ‘News Track’ will be airing today on December 23rd, at 11 pm.

[TRANS] 091213 Fans of Junsu And HwangBo Have Donated Money

According to the Snails of Love foundation, Xiah Junsu’s fan community ‘Xiah Soul’ and Hwangbo’s fan community ‘Estella’ showed their deep love and interest for the hearing impaired by donating money to cover fees for surgery and verbal remediation for children and teenagers.

To celebrate Xiah Junsu’s birthday last year on December 15th, Xiah Soul decided that they would help a good cause rather than give their celebrity materialistic items and donated 8 million Won for the surgery and verbal remediation of Kim Dan Hee (6th Grade) to help her find her lost hearing.

Although Dan Hee’s sister Dan Ah (9th Grade) was also hearing impaired, she gave up the chance to get her hearing back and let her sister be treated first. When Xiah Soul heard of this, they decided to donate money to sponsor the surgery and verbal remediation of Dan Ah for Xiah Junsu’s birthday this year.

‘Xiah Soul’ donated 10 million Won to the Snails of Love foundation and showed their warm hearts by helping those in need.

Xiah Soul’s Master Ahui (nicname) said, “We hope that Xiah Junsu’s contract problems are solved well, and continue to be remembered as a singer who the hearing impaired can listen to once they are treated,” and “Dan Ah, and Dan Hee are so pretty and lovable, we wanted to give Dan Ah a chance to hear as well and we are so happy that she is able to go through with the surgery.”

[NEWS] 091211 SMTOWN Cancelled, 872 People Requests For Compensation

The number of people who applied for compensation, at the Korea Consumer Agency, for the cancellation of SMTOWN in August have reached 872.

On 10 December, a representative from the Korea Consumer Agency – Court Committee of Consumer Disputes said, “SM cancelled the contract (T/N: Here, the term contract is used because it is a business exchange between the ticket buyers and the company) and this caused the other parties to request for compensation. Adding the 240 people that filed for compensation on 9 December to the 632 people that filed previously, there is a total of 872 people.”

A representative said that a majority of the applicants were youths, and proper proceedings will be carried out after these 872 applicants have been verfied. Due to the dispute SM is having with 3 members of TVXQ, the “SMTOWN LIVE ‘09″ concert that was to be held in August was cancelled.

The Committee estimates that the total sales for that concert amounted to roughly $9,090,000,000 (Won), and the Family Ticket which allowed 4 people to enter together amounted to $143,000 (Won). The Committee will take into consideration that most of the applicants are youths, so the latest the verdict will come out is by next year, and a conclusive verdict will be given then.

[TRANS] 091201 Action-Restraint- Authority Etc... The 2009 Fandom

.
.

(ommited)

Another happening occurred as three members of TVXQ, YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu, stated that their contract with SM Entertainment was unlawful.

The three members filed for an exclusive contract suspension request, and received a verdict on October 27th that, "SM must not set new activities without the consent of TVXQ. SM cannot interfere with any individual activities the members of TVXQ may want to pursue." However, SM refuted this in a press conference that, "This is a nationwide scam that is packaging human rights and slave contracts as the main problem of this situation."

Many have begun to predict that the two sides will part with the forged signature controversy that erupted with the note of confirmation of the Shenzhen concert in China.

However, the people taking the most active stance in this dispute between the three members and SM Entertainment, is the 800,000 member fanclub 'Cassiopeia'. After this dispute began, they began boycotting SM while stating their reasons and what goods were to be boycotted. The reasons for boycotting span three pages of A4 sized paper and are as follows: the cancellation of 'SM Town Live 09', the unchanged attitude of SM Entertainment regardless of the numerous complaints by fans, and the unlawfulness of the TVXQ contract.

Cassiopeia stated, "SM Entertainment stated that they would continue on with the concert regardless of the legal dispute with the three members of TVXQ over their exclusive contract. However, a week before the concert, SM indefinitely postponed the concert giving a reason that, 'It is impossible for the singers to be united in the concert because of the TVXQ legal dispute.' This is an act that does not even consider the basic consideration that should be given to the consumer who bought tickets." Fans also pointed out, "They used the fact that we were fans to produce quantity more than quality with many goods containing similar contents and they completely ignored the complaints of the fans and the rights we have as consumers."

After that, the fanclub held an offline and online petition that collected around 188,000 signatures from people who were against unlawful contracts, and submitted this to the Seoul District Courts under the name 'People Against SM's Unlawful Contract'. They also visited the Human Rights Commission and submitted a petition urging the commission to work hard to eradicate the contract of clauses that violated human rights. Some state that the three members of TVXQ were able to receive a partial acceptance of their request by the Courts because of the actions of the fans.

These two events cemented the fans' position as 'consumers' with authority. Also, they showed the entertainment agencies that idol group members were not mere 'products' to admire, but were 'people' who could be moved by the power of the fans.

One entertainment representative recognized the consumer power of the fanclubs by stating, "Fans do not have control over the creation of groups, individual activities or the act of a member leaving the group," and "However, entertainment agencies do feel the pressure of the fans' wants. This is because fans are what keep a group and an entertainment agency alive."

[TRANS] 091126 TVXQ Fans Submit Retaliation to SM's Statement

TVXQ fans submitted a civil appeal to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism stating that SM Entertainment began selling tickets for TVXQ's Shenzhen concert before receiving permission from the Chinese government. To this, SM explained that, "We asked the concert planning agency in charge of TVXQ's Asia Tour, and they said all legal permission and procedures pertaining to ticket sales for the Shenzhen concert had no problems whatsoever." However, fans are stating that SM's statement is a lie.

Recently in an interview with a journalist, SM stated, "The 'Nanjing Asia Pacific Correspondence of Culture Exchange Corporation' was informed by the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Culture that 'Permission is granted for TVXQ's Guangdong (Shenzhen) concert' on the 21st of October. The Chinese agency also received the 'Ratification by the Ministry of Culture of Korean TVXQ's Concert in Guangdong (Shenzhen) [2009] Number 2146."

Therefore, SM stated that ticket sales began on October 21st, when Dream Maker was given permission to do so.

▲TVXQ Shenzhen concert ticket sales authorization transfer certification The authorization certification stated that the rights to sell tickets were transferred from the 'Nanjing Asia Pacific Correspondence of Culture Exchange Corporation', who is the Chinese company in charge of the concert, to the general agent for tickets, 'Piao'. ⓒDNBN

However, fans stated that, "'Nanjing Asia Pacific Correspondence of Culture Exchange Corporation' gave the authorization to sell tickets to 'Piao' on September 30th," and "Ticket sales actually began before this date," and presented evidence. The actual date of the transfer of the authorization of ticket sales did indeed begin on September 30th.

Fans stated, "'Piao' believed that by being given the authorization to sell tickets, permission for the concert had already been given. Therefore, they did their job and began selling tickets. However, September 30th is quite far away from October 21st. Therefore, SM Entertainment blatantly disregarded China's procedures for such an event."

Fans also stated, "For the Chinese companies, as they work with concerts in China, they are allowed to draw up contracts regarding sponsors regardless of whether or not permission has been given. However, if the Chinese company, SM and Dream Maker are planning to hand over the authorization of ticket sales, they should have waited until after permission was give before doing so."

To collect evidence that ticket sales began before permission was granted by the Chinese government, fans presented receipts and lists of order confirmation of fans who had bought tickets for the concert.

▲Shenzhen Concert Ticket Sales Confirmation List A confirmation list of a ticket buyer in China. The date on the receipt states October 5th. However, SM stated that ticket sales began on October 21st. ⓒDNBN

According to this evidence, the payment bank account and money transfer receipt are both listed under the date October 11th. Other ticket confirmation lists are even dated as October 5th. This proves that ticket sales were occurring before permission from the Chinese government was given.

Fans stressed that, "If this isn't a violation of ticket sales, then what is?" and "This proves that ticket sales began even though permission wasn't give by the Chinese government."

Fans also said, "The Shenzhen concert is a concert directly linked with SM," and "No explanation can let SM escape from their responsibility for going ahead with a concert regardless of the fact that the government had not granted permission yet."

On the 16th, regarding TVXQ fans' civil appeal titled 'SM Entertainment's Disregard for the Chinese Administrative Procedures may obstruct Culture Exchanges between Korea and China', the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism stated, "In the case of China, a license system is used for foreign concerts," and "As you have stated, the actions of disregarding a country's appropriate procedures may have a negative effect on the growth of the Hallyu Wave, the image of the Korean music market and the nation as a whole, as well as the cultural exchange between the two nations."

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also stated, "We will call a representative of SM forth to clarify and set regulations so that such an event will not occur again."

[NEWS] 091124 Selling Tickets Without Government's Permission, TVXQ Fans Are Complaining

TVXQ fans has filed a complaint to SM (CEO Kim Young-min) to relevant department about the starting of ticket sales of Shenzhen concert scheduled on last November 21st before getting any permission from China government.

On last November 16th a complaint file entitled “SM Entertainment ignores China’s Administrative Procedure-A concern to China Cultural Exchange Inhibition” was received by Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism from TVXQ fansite DNBN.

“According to the complaint filed in homepage of Department of Cultural Affairs, the official approval for TVXQ concert that was supposedly held in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China was out on October 28th, however the ticket sales was already accomplished at the end of September, eventually SM had sold concert tickets without any permission from the Chinese government.” the fansite pointed out their complaints.

“Eventhough now there’s a ticket refund for the audiences that are supposed to go to the concert hall, however it’s still not considered transportation costs, visa fee to enter China for especially foreign audiences including the opportunity costs damage everyone has suffered.”

In particular they continued, “SM ignored the administrative procedure as they announced the concert to public in the process of China’s approval. This unreasonable South Korea Entertainment ticket sales could leads to national image damage as the Chinese government would think other South Korea singers may do the same act of holding concert before getting any permission.”

“Usually SM artists’ concert is held at least 4-6 months after gaining the permission, thus this process of Shenzhen concert is definitely unreasonable.”

Towards this accusation, SM official responded on the 24th to Star Money Today, “TVXQ’s 3rd Asia Concert in Shenzhen is their 12th stops which was planned already when the contract with Dream Maker was signed back then in July 2008. Under the agreement, all aspects that are related to the concert including ticket sales and permission approval from local government are obliged to Dream Maker.” he said.

“Therefore, the claim of selling of TVXQ concert in Shenzhen ticket without any permission from Chinese government shall not be directed to SM.” he strongly refuted. “We also had contacted Dream Maker earlier about the plan to conduct the last November 21st-scheduled TVXQ Asian Tour in Shenzhen and they confirmed that there’s no problem at all in ticket sales and any related legal procedures.”

Dream Maker, in other side, explained, “For this last stop of concert in China, the Ministry of Culture of RRC autorizhed TVXQ’s concert in last October 21st. ‘The content of Korean TVXQ Guangdong (Shenzhen) concert agreement is ratified by the Ministry of Culture [2009] No. 2146′”

SM said, “(related to fans’ complaint) the permission approved by the Cultural Affairs of Guangdong Province issued on October 28th was unrelated to the ticket sales permission, it’s merely about visas for foreign artists which will perform and relevant documents and information submission.” he also added, “Because the cancelation of concert in Shenzhen, we’re now in the situation where have to pay for the damages. As we already sold the tickets, canceling a concert is definitely not our intention. In the future we hope there’s no more false claim like this being refrained.”

[INFO] 091124 Bigeast Project: "Send a Thank You Postcard to AVEX", Let your voice be heard!

Message from Bigeast fans:

Dear Cassiopeia Members,

This is Kocha from Bigeast, Japan.

This may not be the appropriate place to post this news,
but we do not know exactly where to, since most of us cannot
write Korean.

First of all, we would like to thank you all for always protecting TVXQ and keeping the faith in them.

Because of the differeces in organization and in culture, we cannot do as much as you do in SK and the rest of Asia.

However, now that TVXQ are in Japan, we would like to do our
best to avoid their disbanding.

We know from the news TVXQ are very close to disband.
And we've learned fan's power is very needed.

We are working on this movement, called "Send A Thank You Postcard to AVEX".

It is to let Mr. Matsuura know our appreciation for his support for the five, and also to beg him to guarantee their activity in both S.Korea and in Japan (and the rest of Asia).

We believe there is no Tohoshinki without Dong Bang Shinki.
TVXQ is the precious star that was born in S.Korea.
It is unbearable to see them not able to sing in their own country.

The thank-you post cards are supposed to be arrived at AVEX on
November 30th.

It is important that all the mail arrive on the same date so that Japanese media will pick up the news.

But this may not enough, because Japanese media this year tend to focus on Arashi's 10th year anniversary and their first time attending Kohaku.

We would like to make sure that this "send a thank-you post card to AVEX" to be broadcasted and told through Korean media, so that
SM will hear it clear.

So, we need to ask all the bilingual(English/Korean/Chinese etc.) writers a help.
Because we believe this may be our last chance to keep the five together.

PLEASE!! spread this news here in DBSK Knights, DNBN, Korean TV Stations, Korean newspaper, Korean magazines, and any other media possible.

We don't want to lose our last chance!!

Make sure to let them know that even the QUIET Japanese fans are raising their voice!!

However, we are not hoping for a battle.

If there is 1% of possibility for them to avoid disbanding,
we would like to bet on it.

Again, all the mail will be ARRIVED at AVEX on November 30th.

Thank you very much for your support.

This is the time when Bigeast and Cassiopeia get together to fully support TVXQ.

Sincerely,

Kocha from Bigeast, Japan
